Market Trade offers several sorts of subscription packages. Each package differs in a Trial, Standard, Premium and VIP subscription. We will provide our users with access to the related services immediately after the subscription has been completed and paid in a full amount.
The variety of services are offered for a fixed price per 1, 3, 6, 9-month or per annual subscription packages.
All subscriptions can be changed by switching between the packages.
In case of upgrade or downgrade between the variety of subscriptions, the price difference between the packages will be recounted and implemented automatically. To upgrade your current subscription, you need to pay the difference between the Standard, Premium or VIP subscription packages. To downgrade your current subscription, you will not be refunded the difference but remain on the previous payment plan until the end of your subscription.
All prices offered under subscription basis are in US Dollars and exclusive of Value Added Tax.
We may change or adjust our prices at any time without any prior notifications.
The subscriptions will be invoiced automatically according to the terms of applied packages, and will be continued of charging unless the user cancels the subscription before the end of the term already paid for.

All services presented on our Market Trade website are without obligations. However, all offers and free trials are subjected to these General Terms of Use and Conditions.
The variety of subscriptions from our platform must be prepaid in the full amount. By making the payment, you will assure that all current terms and conditions are accepted.
Market Trade shall not be obliged to transfer and provide any services until all outstanding fees under chosen subscription have been paid in full.
While purchasing a subscription via our platform, the transaction shall be made by a private person or company with full active legal capacity who has attained at least 18 years of age, or you are of legal age to agree to these terms, according to your local law. If the payment or any transaction is made by the person who does not comply with the regulations under the Estonian legislation, the person whose bank account or credit card is used will be responsible for the transaction.
In the case that your account has a remaining balance, you will be refunded the remaining balance within 7-10 business days following the request.
Market Trade has a right to receive a fees for provided services under the subscription, and shall provide all services with due care, accurately, applying all of its knowledge, effort and expertise, taking into consideration the best interest of the client.
The user must provide a valid email address or any other information in accordance with the requirements of registration page of this website. You can use your email address or any other manner permitted by this website to log in to Market Trade account.
It is necessary to provide your true and valid email address while registering with Market Trade account, and constantly update your registration data so that they will be timely, detailed and accurate as is required by applicable laws and regulations of relevant jurisdictions. MTplatform OÜ does not tolerate money laundering and supports the fight against money launderers. MTplatform OÜ follows the guidelines set by the UK’s Joint Money Laundering Steering Group. The UK is a full member of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the intergovernmental body whose purpose is to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. MTplatform OÜ now has policies in place to deter people from laundering money. These policies include: Ensuring clients have valid proof of identification Maintaining records of identification information Determining that clients are not known or suspected terrorists by checking their names against lists of known or suspected terrorists Informing clients that the information they provide may be used to verify their identity Closely following clients’ money transactions Not accepting cash, money orders, third party transactions, exchange houses transfers or Western Union transfers. Money laundering occurs when funds from an illegal/criminal activity are moved through the financial system in such a way as to make it appear that the funds have come from legitimate sources. Money Laundering usually follows three stages: Firstly, cash or cash equivalents are placed into the financial system Secondly, money is transferred or moved to other accounts (e.g. futures accounts) through a series of financial transactions designed to obscure the origin of the money (e.g. executing trades with little or no financial risk or transferring account balances to other accounts) And finally, the funds are re-introduced into the economy so that the funds appear to have come from legitimate sources (e.g. closing a futures account and transferring the funds to a bank account). Trading accounts are one vehicle that can be used to launder illicit funds or to hide the true owner of the funds. In particular, a trading account can be used to execute financial transactions that help obscure the origins of the funds. MTplatform OÜ directs funds withdrawals back to the original source of remittance, as a preventative measure. International Anti-Money Laundering requires financial services institutions to be aware of potential money laundering abuses that could occur in a customer account and implement a compliance program to deter, detect and report potential suspicious activity. For the purpose of KYC policy, a customer may be defined as: A person or entity that maintains an account and/or has a business relationship with MTplatform OÜ on whose behalf the account is maintained (i.e. the beneficial owner) Beneficiaries of transactions conducted by professional intermediaries, such as stock MTplatform OÜ , charted accountants, solicitors etc. as permitted under the Law. Any person or entity connected with a financial transaction, which can pose significant reputation or any other risks to MTplatform OÜ , say, a wire transfer or issue of high-value demand draft as a single transaction. KYC policy includes the following eight key elements – customer identification procedures, monitoring of transactions, risk management, training program, internal control system, record keeping, and evaluations of KYC guidelines by internal audit and inspection system, duties/responsibilities and accountability. The KYC documents have to be provided not later than 4 working days after the account activation, otherwise we keep our rights to terminate all existing deals and restrict future trades. An effective KYC program is put in place by MTplatform OÜ , establishing an appropriate procedure and ensuring their effective implementation. It covers proper management oversight, systems and controls, segregation of duties, training and other related matters. Responsibility is explicitly allocated within the company for ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are implemented effectively. The nature and extent of due diligence depend on the risk perceived by the MTplatform OÜ customer profile. MTplatform OÜ internal audit and compliance have an important role in evaluating and ensuring adherence to the KYC policies and procedures. The compliance function provides an independent evaluation MTplatform OÜ own policies and procedures, including legal and regulatory requirements. It ensures that the audit machinery is staffed adequately with individuals who are well versed in such policies and procedures. Internal inspectors specifically check and verify the application of KYC procedures at the branched/offices and comment on the lapses observed in this regard.
The Parties aim to solve all disagreements with the negotiations. In the event the parties are unable to reach a settlement, the dispute, controversy or claim arising from or in connection with provided services shall be settled in the Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia.
All these conditions are governed by Estonian law as a final applicable law.
